CLASS STRUCTURE

The structure below was derived over years of trial and error and experimentation of creating a solid and complete Jiu-Jitsu Practitioner with a solid foundation. This structure was also formulated due to the effectiveness of the structure on other students who had never had experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I found that this structure sped the learning process and the students were able to assimilate the technique quickly.
